German made Hohner Song Band Vamper harmonica, with the Chrome finish

Hohner Musikinstrumente GmbH & Co. KG is a German manufacturer of musical instruments, founded by Matthias Hohner in 1857. With it's roots in Trossingen, Baden-Württemberg, though known for its harmonicas, Hohner has manufactured a wide range of instruments. Nowadays, they producs harmonicas, melodicas, accordions and recorder flutes.
Vintage, possibly, pre-WWII Hohner 'Song Band Vamper No.8214' Harmonica in original box. Beleived to be from the 1930s. It has the six pointed star on the Hohner’s Trademark which indicates that it is pre-WWII.
Tuned to 'G' scale and is stamped on the end and marked on the bottom of the box. It was made in Germany and the box has a blue sticker stating “Real Brass Plates” on the bottom
The harmonica and case have been lightly cleaned to remove grease and grime accumulated over the years. There are some rust spots and marks as expected with age.
