Shipping policy.

We will request a contact telephone number when you place your order. This will only be used for shipping purposes.

The majority of orders for in stock items are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. However, during busy periods including Christmas and holidays this may extend to 3 to 5 days. 
Made to order items typically take 4 weeks to process, during busy times like Christmas this may extend to 5 weeks. If you need an order by a specific date please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate you. All orders will of course be dispatched as quickly as possible.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

As we cannot guarantee the speed of the postal service, please allow up to: 8 business days for UK delivery and 30 business days for the Rest of The World.

Any delays attributed to postal service problems are outside of our control.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping on most items, please see the individual listing for details.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ritch&SJ.com are not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ritchandsj@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We may change the service listed to account for this.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns of certain items up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs and any restocking fee. Please see our return policy for full details.
